  1. Passport Application Form: You can download the passport application form from the official website of the Indian Passport Seva.
  2. Proof of Identity: You will need to provide a proof of identity, which can be any one of the following:
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Voter ID Card
  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Ration Card with a photograph
  • Bank Passbook with a photograph
